I Found Neverland

Since my brother wrote something about Finding Neverland, I will write about it too. lol. hisaan ko daan ya. haha. Joke. While he focused on the theme of the movie and the lessons he learned, I, on the other hand will talk about Johnny Depp. hahaha.

For the most part of the film, I wasn't really watching so I'm not sure if I got the message of the movie correctly. hehehe. Well, okay, I was but through the mirror because I was having my hair done by our helper. And for the most part, yes, Johnny Depp's accent distracted me! That's because I thought J.M. Barrie was british. I kept telling my brother that Johnny Depp was speaking in Scottish accent when he's supposed to be British. Little did I know that J.M. Barrie was, in fact, a Scottish author. LOL.

For those who do not know or just forgot, J.M. Barrie wrote Peterpan, one of the books I have NEVER read and did NOT like to read. I don't know why. Maybe I didn't like the idea of a flying boy who believed in fairies or going to a place where you will never grow up but meet a ticking crocodile and a pirate lord with a hook for a hand. I don't really know.

They say reading Peterpan from an adult's (though I'm not yet an adult technically) point of view is a different experience. I might give it a try one of these days.

And now, going back to Johnny Depp. In Finding Neverland, he was as hot as ever with that sexy, however distracting, Scottish accent. He really never fails to make me fall in love with him, that man. The first time I ever saw him was in Edward Scissorhands, and that was about 12 or 13 years ago. Of course as young as I was then, I still didn't know that men could be hot too, thus I never knew that several years later I would fall in love with the man who creeped me out by having scissors for fingers.

So, how did this affair with Johnny Depp (wahaha! asa! *repeat til fade*) begin? Pirates of the Caribbean. LOL. Don't ask why, but I fell in love at first sight of him in Pirates. It must be his eyeliner that caught my attention or his beard. Eitherway, I don't care. From that day forth, I firmly resolved (daw act of contrition eh!) that Johnny Depp will be the man I will spend the rest of my life with (LOL. asa *repeat til fade again*).

Seriously, Johnny Depp is the hottest actor alive. And even when he dies, he'll still be the hottest actor for me. hahaha.
